Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (holidays, major promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Canada
- We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and other courier partners.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–8 business days depending on destination. These are estimates and can be longer especially to remote locations (up to 30 days).
Free Shipping:
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. If applicable, this will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping to the United States
- We ship to the United States using tracked and reliable shipping services.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- Estimated delivery times typically range from 4–10 business days.
Duties & Import Taxes (U.S. Orders):
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties, taxes, and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout. This means:
- You will not be charged additional duties or taxes upon delivery in most cases.
- Your total at checkout reflects the full landed cost of your order.
Please note that customs authorities may occasionally apply additional charges outside of our control. While rare, these remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any return shipping fees or carrier charges may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for U.S. orders)
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
